As part of a holistic workspace project, we supported Schüssler Plan from strategic planning through to implementation. Workshops, user interviews, a clear spatial concept, interior architecture, change measures, and move management formed the foundation. The result is a flexible working environment that actively supports corporate culture, communication, and new ways of working.
